Interested in using the Zoom Workshop?

Use our booking form to request the use of the Workshop for your SCC community event!

Notes about using the Workshop:

• Please submit booking requests at least 3 days before the Zoom Workshop is needed.
• Only share the Zoom Workshop link over email, through the SCC Discord, or on the private SCC Facebook page. 
• Do not post the Zoom Workshop link on public social media posts. 
• Anyone with access to the Workshop link can enter the room at any time. We do not recommend using the Workshop for private or personal events. Consider it like gathering around the fire at an event- you can still lead an activity, but anyone can step in to enjoy it.
• Sharing screens is possible by any participant.
• Recording Workshop activities is only possibly if an admin joins and initiates the recording, which is only possible through prior coordination.
• In the case of unwanted Zoom joiners, all participants should leave the Zoom room and notify an SCC Officer via email or Discord.
