Refund Policy

Event fees and accommodations:

Full Refunds, minus credit card fees, will be given if requested 14 days or more prior to the event. When able, please let us know as early as possible—it will let us better plan the schedule and more economically buy supplies. (Thank you!)

50% partial refunds, minus credit card fees and excluding meal plans, will be given if requested within 13 days prior to the event.

Attendees experiencing communicable illnesses (symptomatic or asymptomatic) may request a refund up to the date of the event and receive a full refund (excluding meal plans and credit card fees) via a credit on your account. If available, virtual programming will be made available to you for free! We know it’s not quite the same, but we want you to focus on taking care of yourself while also protecting your community by staying home.

Non-refundable:

Credit card fees are not refundable.

Meal Plans are eligible for refund if requested 14 days or more prior to the event, but not eligible to refund after that window as funds have already been allocated and food purchased.
