Join us as we welcome the summer season with fire, flowers, song and stone.  Setting up space where we had our one day Samhain and Yule in 2018, Stone Song Center welcomes us back for the first of three festivals at their property.

You will have to decide how and where you'd like to spend your sleeping hours.
Choices include:

  • Camping on property- included in the overnight price of $80, but limited to about 15 campsites. There are 23 acres of woods here. So some camping areas will be close to parking and bathrooms and some folks may need to hike into the land and find a cool unknown spot!  Private fires are not allowed at this property, but we will try and keep one running at the fire-circle.
  • Staying Off-siteWe thought it was important to offer this option to folks since there are only 15ish campsites at stone song and no spots for RV accomodations we thought folks might be interested in this option. Purchase a day-pass to hang out with us during  all the fun but then go and sleep somewhere else! There are no accomdations for RVs at Stone Song Centers but there are some places nearby you can stay options include Rocky Gap State Park, Hidden Springs Campground, and a variety of hotels/motels in nearby LaValle.
  • Staying in the Dormitory Style Barn- for an additional $20/night stay in the dormitory in a bed already made for you!  The barn has shared bathrooms and a variety of different beds some upstairs and some downstairs.  Sold out!!
  • Stay in the farmhouse- The farmhouse has central climate control! What a luxury! There's also shared bathrooms, and a kitchen for your use!  Stay here and bed linens and towels are included, just bring yourself and your ritual clothes! (additional $45/night)
  • There is also one cabin on property, the cabin is heated and includes 2 double beds, a deck and a hot tub. Rent the entire cabin for $140 for the weekend and then invite 3 friends to join you! (SOLD!)

Coffee: Since coffee and fellowship go hand and hand, we will be hosting a coffee station! The CelticRose Coffee Pavillion will have Pirates, hot coffee, hot water, tea, sugar and some sort of creamer available throughout the event.  We will be using disposable cups, so minimize your personal carbon footprint by bringing your own cup and being responsible for keeping it clean.

sold out Meal Plan: Stone Song Center offers a pre-paid meal plan for folks who don't want to worry about feeding themselves. For Beltane it will be 5 meals, Dinner Friday through Breakfast Sunday for $63/person ($45 for kids under 12)  Their facilities limit us to 40 meal plans so this option is first come first serve.

Feast Table:   Please bring some pre-packaged snacks for our evening feast table. This feast table will serve as space for the cakes-and-ale portion of our festivities and will be set up each night!  We will provide the coffee and tea and water, you guys bring your favorite yummies to share!

The May Pole: Yes we are raising one! It wouldn't be Beltane without it.  Join us Saturday as we decorate the wreath with flowers, and dance around this fabulous symbol of spring!  There are never enough flowers! Bring more if you can!
