Thursday September 3rd through Monday, September 7th
With Stone Circle Council 

Registration Options: 

  • Away Team- ($35)  This registration option includes an at-home package. The package will include most of the ceremonial items and some workshop items that will help give you the full community experience. (MUST REGISTER BY 8/28 at 9pm) 
  • Day Pass ($0)-This registration option lets us know you're coming, but will not get you the away-team box and is pay-what-you-can.
  • Youth ($0)- Anyone 17 and under qualifies! Our second generation is honored, cherished, and free.
  • Late Registration ($50)- For registrations on 8/29 and 8/30. We will rush-ship you a complete box, but it will likely not arrive until Friday 9/4. But you'll still get your stone before the rising on Sunday.

Thursday, September 3rd

  • 4pm- Coffee Pavilion opens

  • 6:30 - Dinner

  • 8:00 PM - Opening Ceremony: Nomadic Air

  • Following Ritual - Fire/Bardic Circle

Friday, September 4th

  • 9:00 AM - Coffee Hour

  • 10am-5pm - Workshop Block

  • 6:30 PM - Dinner with your Nominees 

  • 8:00 PM - Ceremony: Nomadic Water 

  • Following Ceremony - Fire/Bardic Circle

Saturday, September 5th

  • 9:00 AM - Coffee Hour

  • 10:00 AM - SCC Town Hall (Fall Elections)

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch

  • 1:00 PM - Seed Stone Celebration 

  • 4:00 PM - Ceremony: “Faerie High Tea” (Blinx, Eldritch, & the Radical Faeries, in service)

  • 5:30 PM- Workshop Block

  • 6:30 PM - Dinner

  • 8:00 PM - Ceremony: Nomadic Fire

  • Until Sunrise - Ceremony: “Vigils of Night” including, a warriors vigil, and a virtual altar-walk (byoa) and more.

Sunday, September 6th

  • Dawn- Sunrise Prayer for the Stones. 

  • 8am- Cooking Class with the Broken Board- Fry Bread! 

  • 10:00 AM - Ceremony: “Ceremonies of Preparation” 

  • Raising Stones(Coriander Woodruff and Kate Gille, in service)

    • After the Seed Stone has risen - Raising the Stones - Nomadic Earth

    • After the Gate - Ceremony: The Baby Blessing 

  • When the work is done - DeservedFun! (workshop block)

  • 6:30 PM- Dinner

  • 8:00 PM - Consecration Ceremony: Nomadic Spirit

  • After ritual - Fire Circle

Monday, September 7th

  • 9:00 AM - Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM - Ceremony - Nomads Together

 

Other Things To Consider:

Family Gathering- We can't all get together in the same place, but that doesn't preclude small groups of folks from gathering.  Do you have a local friend or a local almost friend that is also attending?  Camp in each-others yards, or at a local space and feel more together while we are apart.   If you choose to do this, please, please, please do it in the safest of ways and follow all local, state, federal and global health guidelines! 

Sunshine fund:  Consider adding any number of dollars to your registration fee. This little bit of sunshine will be used to help those who are unable to pay for Away Team registration to afford to get their own box! We are Stronger together! If you need help paying for your Away Team box, register and choose "invoice me" and then send an e-mail to admin@stonecirclecouncil.org
