If you are looking for a private cabin or room to rent for SFG, you have a LOT of choices! We have reserved most of the entire lower cabin row for SCC's use this year. All cabins come equipped with electricity, AC & heat, at least one bathroom, and one kitchenette.
BGR has made several changes to the maximum occupancy of the cabins, please pay attention to that limitation when organizing your group if sharing a cabin. Details on individual cabins can be found in the Cabin Comparison table below. For more information on individual cabins, see BGR's cabin page.
Registration price includes your Event Fee and upgraded Accommodation Fee.

"Wherever we go, we are Home. Wherever we call Home, we shall raise Stones."
Stone Circle Council is excited to return this year to Buffalo Gap Retreat campground and carry on the work we started two years ago when we raised our community's second Trilithon! We will renew our ties with this land, and continue to explore the beautiful valley setting. More Stones will be pulled and raised by our Family, old and young alike!
This year we will be focusing our ceremonial intent on deeply reconnecting as a community, and taking the space and time to welcome new members and new Stones to our Circle that is open to all.
Continuing with a longer-scheduled event, our gathering opens to our registered guests at 3:00pm on Thursday, August 28th, and runs until 11:00am on Monday September 1st.
There will be ceremonies to bless our work and our community, activities to connect more closely with our Stone Work, tales and songs told around the Bardic Fire, opportunities to relax and take a dip in the spring-fed pond and play games, and (of course) to raise new Stones.
If you are excited to join in on the fun early, our traditional Stones Intensive will begin on Monday, August 25th and continue through until the event begins. To learn more about the Stones Intensive and register, see: SFG 2025 Intensive

Event Schedule:
See our most up-to-date schedule for both virtual and in-person activities here: Check back soon for a link to this year's schedule of activities.
__
Shuttle System:
Buffalo Gap's rolling hills and expansive venue can provide some challenges to attendees with mobile accessibility needs. In order to make our event accessible to as many attendees as possible, we have implemented a new volunteer shuttling system: our fleet of Stone Buses, which will provide rides between multiple locations onsite at set times throughout the weekend. Shuttle map and schedule will be available soon, and shared to registrants through email, social media, and this page.
_
Meal Plan:
This year we have arranged a meal plan through Buffalo Gap’s Lakeview Café! Buffet-style hot meals will be served for breakfast and dinner. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other allergen-careful options are available.
Your ticket includes Sacral Foods during the stone pulls on Friday and Saturday, as well as throughout the day on Sunday, and Rising Day Feast dinner on Sunday. All other meals are provided through BGR's meal plan. To sign up for the plan, check one of the two meal plan options on the registration form. Yes, two options, one for those arriving on Thursday (7 meals) and another for those arriving on Friday (5 meals). Make sure to note any allergen information we should know about
For more detailed info on allergens & accommodations, email admin@stonecirclecouncil.org.

Cost:
We believe that cost should not be a barrier to joining in community. Partial or full financial scholarships for the Event Fee are available via our Sunshine Fund (see link for details).
To use Sunshine Funds, when registering choose "Invoice me" on the payment page, and e-mail admin@stonecirclecouncil.org to apply for funds.
Also, we are specifically offering a 20% discount to the Event Fee for a limited number of attendees who sign up to stream one, or more, of the several livestream events to our Virtual attendees - click "Invoice Me" upon conclusion of your registration process and email admin@stonecirclecouncil.org to let us know!
*All registration fees are discounted $5 for Council members. Membership information can be found on our Membership Page. Not sure if you're a Council Member or if your membership is up to date? Check your status by logging in here.

About the Venue:
[Insert venue map]
Buffalo Gap Retreat campground began in the 1955 as a summer camp for Jewish youth where kids of all faiths would be welcome. It has changed ownership over the years, but the bucolic setting is still a balm for the soul. From the miles of trails available to walk/hike, to the labyrinth currently under construction, and the spring-fed creek and pond there is a little something for everyone.
*Buffalo Gap Retreat campground is open to the public and SCC will not have sole use of the grounds/facilities*
If you are looking for a ride, or have a ride to share, post in our Ride Share channel on Discord.

Accessibility & Accommodations
- Mobility: Most of the cabins require a flight of stairs to access. However, the following private cabins require no stairs usage:
-
-
- Hickory
- Lilac
- Spruce
- Sugar Maple
- In addition, Potomac is the ramp-accessible shared dorm
-
- If you want to reserve one of the "Ramp-Access Dorm" rooms in Potomac, enter code MOBILITY at checkout
- Heat: While the cabins are air-conditioned, we've had reports of some cabins getting into the 80's on clear hot days. AC is available, but sluggish to start. Heat-sensitive folks are encouraged to bring extra fans and ice, and to get the AC going in their cabin as soon as they arrive on-site.
