Stone Family Gathering 2022
Among the mists of the tallest mountains and the highest clouds, a being stands to admire the beauty below. Watching over the heights of waterfalls and burning volcanoes they can see all the bounty of what is and what could be. This bird’s eye view lends not only compassion for the creatures that embrace these riches, but also those that are yet to arrive. There is potential here...for greater things, for events not yet transpired, and for possibilities that are sometimes beyond imagination.
Join us in discovering the potential of yourself, your community, and the moments waiting to happen. We will raise stones, stand with them, and we see the beauty of what we can achieve together.
Big things are headed your way on September 1st through the 5th, 2022. We look forward to gathering with you and our shoulders… IN THE SKY!

Virtual: free*/donation
Virtual attendance is free, although donations are welcome! Completing a virtual registration will allow you to get emails with links, schedule and other information ahead of the event.
We will be adding a paid virtual registration, which entitles you to receive an away box. This magical box will be filled with goodies to help you participate alongside the in-person event. Past boxes have included ritual supplies, craft supplies, recipes, and definitely not glitter!
We believe that cost should not be a barrier to joining in community. Partial or full financial scholarships are available via our Sunshine Fund. Choose "Invoice me" at registration, and e-mail admin@stonecirclecouncil.org to apply for funds.
*All registration fees are discounted $5 for Council members. Membership information can be found here. Not sure if you're a Council Member or if your membership is up to date? Check your status by logging in here.
Meals
The Stone feast on Sunday afternoon is included for all in-person attendees. Meal plans are available for an additional fee, to cover remaining meals for the weekend; dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Plans can start Thursday at dinner, Friday at lunch, or Friday at dinner. Deadline for meal plan registration is August 24.
Stone Song does not allow personal camp fires; please be mindful of that when planning meals.
Accommodations
Most of our attendees camp and those costs are included in the basic registration. Camping at Stone Song is find-your-own space, with some meadow and some tree-based spaces. Bring your own camping equipment and towels; shared bathrooms are located in the barn with hot showers and flush toilets. Non-campers can upgrade to bunkhouse or farmhouse accommodations. A Day Pass option is available for those who want to attend during the day but sleep elsewhere.
Accommodations in the bunkhouse are dormitory-style, with single and double beds in a shared space and with shared bathrooms. Linens are provided. The farmhouse has two rooming options. Both provide linens and towels, and both have shared bathrooms. The Clover room and Loft offer seven beds in shared spaces. The Beebalm bedroom, which sleeps 3, is a private room with one queen and one single.
Additionally, we have reserved four cabins at 7C's Lodging, which is a 15 minute Drive from Stone Song. Cabins 11 and 14 have 2 queens/accommodate 4 adults each. Cabin 12 has one king and a sleeper sofa, accommodating two adults and one child, and Cabin 15 has one king, accommodating two adults. Cabins 11/12 and 14/15 are duplex units with a shared porch.
